About Our Company

The Coal Creek Company, established in 1872, currently owns over 72,000 acres in East Tennessee located in Campbell, Anderson, Morgan and Roane counties. The company’s corporate headquarters are in Knoxville, Tennessee. Coal Creek, through its contractors and lessees, is involved in the development of natural resources including timber, coal, oil, natural gas and coalbed methane.

Coal Creek has two subsidiaries, Coal Creek Ventures, Inc. and Windrock Properties, LLC. Coal Creek Ventures actively manages over 150 miles of off highway vehicle roads and trails (coalcreekohv.com). Windrock Properties manages Windrock Park Campground which opened for business May 16, 2008 (windrockpark.com).
