Public Land Access
The Coal Creek Company allows recreational use in designated areas of the property. Land Use Permits may be purchased as a daily permit or an annual permit.
Land Use Permits
A Land use permit is required for each person entering the Coal Creek OHV Area.
Cost for the permits are as follows:

Each person entering the area is required to have their permit tag or sticker along with the carbon copy of their permit with them at all times while on the property.
Purchasing Permits
Land Use Permits can be purchased at the Windrock Park Campground office (555 Windrock Park Lane, Oliver Springs, TN 37840), the Snack Shack located at the trail head (912 Windrock Road, Oliver Springs, TN 37840), and Exxon Fun Food, 557 Tri-County Boulevard, Oliver Springs, TN 37840. The Snack Shack will be selling permits from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm or close. They also have trail maps and other Coal Creek OHV Area merchandise. The Snack Shack can be reached at (865) 435-6971.
